Coastal Holiday

It seems like as the years go by, people start getting ready for Christmas earlier and earlier. Over at the store, we are in full Christmas mode, and the shop looks like a winter wonderland. The holidays are a great time to show off your creativity. So much is about DIY today, so we are giving you some ideas to combine DIY and store bought decorations. Especially when it comes to your holiday table decor, DIY is a great way to go.  Here is some coastal inspiration to decorate your dining room table this holiday season, showing you how easy it is to bring in some great natural elements, weather it be flowers and shells, or some extra branches from your tree.

One of the most unexpected combinations used to be Christmas/holiday decor with nautical decor, since coastal designs are reminiscent of the warmth of the summer. Typically, holiday colors are reds and other bright colors, but today holiday combinations are available in all natural and pretty blues.  Which make it easy to stay with the color scheme you may have already established in your home, making it, almost effortlessly to add holiday decor into your house. Resulting in beautiful decorations with elements that can be used year-round. Woven fabrics, seashells, coral, and driftwood work well with evergreens, mercury glass, and even tree ornaments.
