Nicole Rice graduated from Kean University with a Bachelors of Fine Arts. She then moved to California where she became a model home designer, strictly working for home builders, alongside architects and contractors.

Nicole honed her design skills working on new construction. Whether it is a new or existing house, it always starts with a concept that stems from architectural plans.

In moving back to her roots, she has brought back a fresh approach to design, using her knowledge and experience, that California is famous for, starting Coastal Decor and Interior Design in 2008.
